5- How do we pick our materials?
There are various options for selecting materials. We can visit our local suppliers to select some of the materials during which time we can tag selected items, holding them for a future pick-up. We also have a portfolio and trade brochures to review. In either case you get our professional advice on blending the materials for your project.
6- How long will our project take?
Projects vary in size and complexity. We give start and completion dates with our signed contracts. We are punctual and organized and committed to completing each project on time and budget. 10- Are your contracts detailed and itemized?
Our contracts are organized and detailed. We itemize each area of your project giving a complete and detailed description of the work to be completed. Each item has a cost associated with it so that you know exactly what your paying for and what your getting in return. Our clients appreciate this thoroughness as it promotes a clear understanding of our clients expectations.
11- How do you handle change orders?
A change order is necessary when a client changes the scope of work. When this happens our clients know they will be treated fairly. Since we itemize our contracts it is easy to understand how much you are paying for each item. If you reduce or add something to your project you know how much it will cost to add or subtract from the base price.
